Daniel is a clinical psychologist with ten years experience in the mental health industry. During this time Daniel has worked with people from varying social economic and cultural backgrounds.
Daniel's previous work experience includes, a stint in brain injury rehabilitation, a prison, drug and alcohol addiction agencies, child and adolescent based organisations, high schools, an anger management centre as well as spending the last three years in private practice.
Helping people make lasting changes to their lives, finding quick solutions to problems, gaining confidence and increasing skill level is what Daniel enjoys most about his work. Daniel uses psychodynamic therapy (PDT) and some elements of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help clients work through their issues.
Daniel is a caring and compassionate professional who enjoys working with clients who want to understand the deeper workings of their thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Daniel believes that we should all be treated as equals and for this reason he offers bulkbilling to all clients who have a mental health care plan from their GP.
